At Natty Workwear, we stand by the durability of our gear and offer a 30-day return window to ensure your fit is perfect for the job site. All items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware is protected, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
